Our Business Formation packages start at a flat fee of $800.00 plus state filing fees. This package includes the following:

  • An initial Consultation
  • Filing of the necessary Articles with the State
  • Tax EIN Registration with the IRS

  • A follow up Review with an Attorney for up to 45 minutes.

Expedited Entity Formation
For $400.00 in attorneys fees Orleans Legal will form your entity and obtain your EIN number within 48 hours of payment.

Entity Formation Review Package
If you have already filed your articles of organization and prepared your operating agreement, for your entity, we will review the documentation and provide recommendations for $500.00.

Agent for Service of Process
Whichever business entity you form, Louisiana Law requires you to name an agent to accept service of process in the event your business is sued.  The New Orleans business attorneys at Orleans Legal can also act as your agent for service of process for a small added cost of $200.00 a year.

Discounted Quarterly and Annual General Business Advice/Consulting

Trademark & Copyright Fee Packages

Flat Fees for Federal Trademark Registration
For a flat fee rate of $1,000.00 plus filing fees per class for most federal trademark registrations. This flat fee includes a consultation, a name search for potentially conflicting trademarks, and filing of the trademark with the USPTO. Additionally, we offer discounts on these flat rates for registration of two or more trademarks.

Flat Fees for Copyright Registration
